Withdrawal, Refund and Cancelled Session Policy

PLEASE REVIEW THE NEW SKATE ONTARIO MANDATORY ROWAN'S LAW PACKAGE .

NO SKATER WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE ICE UNTIL THE CLUB RECEIVES ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ROWANS LAW DURING THE CHECK OUT PROCESS. IT IS UP TO THE MEMBER TO ENSURE THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH, AND WILL FOLLOW THE GUIDANCE GIVEN UNDER THE REGULATION.

WAIVER FORM

No skater will be allowed on the ice until a registration has been processed and paid. If you do not receive an Invoice within 24 hours, please reach out to the Registrar at registerHESC@gmail.com.

One registration must be completed for each skater. The accident release form must be signed by the parent or the skater (18 years or older).

By typing your name in each policy acknowledgement, you are signing the application electronically. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on these policy acknowledgements.

20 week programs are discounted compared to registering for both 10 week programs, members are not entitled to the 20 week program discount if they elect to register for the Fall and Winter 10 week programs.

The club reserves the right to cancel lessons based on inclement weather or Coach absence, no refund or makeup lesson is available in these circumstances. Please see our Withdrawal, Refund and Cancelled Session Policy

Please also note that lessons are subject to change before the start of the season based on town and coach availability which may be out of our control.

Administration Fee: A fee of $45.00 will be charged on NSF cheques.

Family Discount: A 15% discount will apply to the second and third skater when registering during the same season. Discount applies to the lowest cost programs first.

Cheques: Are to be made payable to Hillsburgh- Erin Skating Club.

ETF payments are to be sent to RegisterHESC@gmail.com- You must include skaters names and invoice number.

Helmets: CSA approved hockey helmet is mandatory for ALL participants up to and including CanSkate Level 5. We recommend all levels wear a helmet.
